We continue to upgrade our workshops with comfortable lounges and state of the art Customer centric technology where customers can track their cars’ status live on a television screen in the Workshop. Our Skilled and Certified technicians will ensure that your vehicle stays in best of condition by using Comprehensive Vehicle Health Check Program. We also offer pickup & drop facility for a comfortable and convenient Service Experience. We also have started the water less washing, Foam Wash, of Cars even at Customer door steps.

I would also like to highlight our leveraging of digital mediums for speedy support to Customers. The on line platform, Tata Motors Service Web site can be visited for booking an appointment for Car Service & repairs and fetching information regarding vehicle servicing, Authorized Dealers / Service Center locations, additional & new Products and Services offered like Extended Warranty, Annual Maintenance Contracts (Value Care), 24x7 Road Side Assistance support etc.

We have also added new Customer demanded features in our after Sales Service App, TATA Motors Service Connect App, like Service Booking, Dealer Locator, Cost Estimate Calculator for Scheduled and Standard Repairs, Service History etc. This App is rated the best in its class by customers on Google play store.

We have been conducting Nation-wide Mega Free Check-up Camps at regular intervals through which apart from free health check-up of vehicles, special privileges in the form of discounts on Services and Products are offered.
